REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By participating in this contest entrants agree to the specific rules, terms and conditions provided for this particular contest as stated, either in addition to or in place of the Official General Contest rules.

HOW TO ENTER/HOW TO WIN:

Listeners will enter their information on the Hot App or online Hot975hot1039.com and then tune in weekdays at the 4pm hour with Charlie Huero to hear their name. If you hear your name, you have 9 minutes and 75 seconds to call in and claim the prize of a FOUR pack of Disneyland Resort 2-day, 1 park per day tickets and qualify for their chance to win a Disneyland Resort vacation including a two night stay at one of the hotels of the Disneyland Resort and FOUR 3-day, 1 park per day tickets.

PRIZING:

• (76) Disneyland Resort 2-Day, 1-Park per day tickets with an ARV of $330.00 each (to be awarded in 4-packs). Tickets must be used by 6/15/27
• (1) Disneyland Resort Vacation including:

Ticket winners of the Sweepstakes only. Expiration dates will not be extended, and Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold or transferred to a third party, including without limitation, to any travel agents, tour operators or other persons engaged in the travel industry, except as allowed in this Agreement. No substitutions are allowed.

(c) The retail value of each Ticket is three hundred ten dollars ($335.00). Promoter will be responsible for issuing all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner.

(a) Winners must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable state of residence to enter and win. A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner,

Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.

• Tickets must be used byJune 15th, 2027 . Tickets are to be awarded as prizes to bonafide winners of the Sweepstakes only. Station may not distribute the Tickets (or any portion thereof) to any sponsor, clients, affiliated companies, their employees, family members or others who are not a legitimate, bona fide Sweepstakes winner. No Tickets (or portions thereof) may be reassigned or transferred if any winner is unable to redeem such prize.
• Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration date will not be extended, and Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold or transferred to a third party including, without limitation, to any travel agents, tour operators or other persons engaged in the travel industry, except as allowed in this Agreement. No substitutions are allowed. Promoter must return to Disney at the conclusion of the Promotion any and all Tickets not distributed during the Promotion. Promoter shall bear all risk of loss of the Tickets from the point of delivery to Promoter and for the risk of loss in shipment of the Tickets returned to Disney, if any.

• If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.

• An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By accepting and using the prize and visiting the Premises, the winner and guests voluntarily assume all risks related in any way to exposure to COVID-19, and any other communicable or infectious disease. The winner and guests must comply with all theme park rules and regulations, including any public health restrictions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the prize. Disney reserves the right to remove or deny entry to the winner and/or any of the guests who do not comply with any health restrictions imposed by any government, or Disney. The winner and guests are also responsible for understanding and complying with any COVID-19 travel restrictions. Before visiting, each guest should visit Disneyland.com/Updates to view important information about park reservations, limitations on benefits, features, experiences and offerings, safety measures and other information. There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Premises.  The winner and their Guests are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Premises.

. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity or travel.

• Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets, gift cards, or travel vouchers will not be replaced.

• Theme park tickets must be used prior to June 15th, 2027 (the “Prize Redemption Date”), subject to applicable residency restrictions for visitors to the Premises. Terms and conditions as set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply. Theme park tickets may not be sold, transferred for commercial use, or redeemed for cash. No substitutions. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates apply. No extensions will be granted.

• Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the winner and each Guest. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations are limited and subject to availability. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates to make park reservations and to learn about important details to know before visiting the Disneyland Resort.

• Prize will not include the following: transportation to/from the Premises; insurance (health, travel, medical); parking fees; hotel accommodations; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; incidental expenses; local or long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges; any taxes; or any other charges not explicitly included herein.

• Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings may be modified, limited in availability and capacity, or be closed.

• A winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the prize. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Promoter or Disney.

• Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets will not be replaced.
• Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Promoter will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner.

• Promoter is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including travel, the Promotion or the Sweepstakes.

• All disputes arising out of or relating to any prize provided by Disney shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

• In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

• HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES: Zelus Media Group will attempt to contact winner(s) no more than three (3) times. If winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, winner(s) will forfeit prize. A driver’s license must be presented at time of prize claim.

The winner must sign an official Zelus Media Group Winner’s Prize Acceptance Form and liability release, in order to claim prize and must meet all requirements). In the event winner does not meet requirements, prize will be forfeit. Prize is not transferable.

2. By submitting an entry, Contestant agrees to be bound and abide by these official rules and the decisions of the judges and sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.

• No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is required to enter the contest. Contestants may play more than one time in 30 days, but may not win more than once in 30 (thirty) days.
• The contest is open to all citizens of the United States of America 18 years of age or older, residing in the state of Arizona at the time of the drawing.
• Employees of Desert Valley Media Group, and their respective vendors, sponsors, assignees, agencies, advertisers, franchisees, immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to win. (Other media not eligible)
• Zelus Media Group its vendors, their advertising agencies and their employees do not accept any liability for and will be held harmless against, any loss, damages, inconveniences, delay, injury, accident expenses or negligence due to inaccuracy arising out of provisions or services or failure to provide services.
• The winner acknowledges and agrees that, as a condition of winning, Desert Valley Media Group and all other participating sponsors shall have the right to advertise, publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, likeness, before and after photos, voice and the fact that he or she won the contest and all matters incidental thereto.
• A copy of the contest rules is available at the front desk of Zelus Media Group’s studios Monday-Friday between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm, or by contacting Desert Valley Media Group. In case of dispute, decision of Desert Valley Media Group management is final.
• Zelus Media Group and their vendors shall be excused from obligation if performance is delayed or prevented due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to, acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, and any acts by any governmental authority. Zelus Media Group reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the contest should unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the contest.
• Zelus Media Group; and their vendors, their advertising agencies and their employees are not responsible for any injury incurred by the winner.
• Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries received.
• Winner names may be obtained by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope to Giveaway Contest, Attention: Zelus Media Group c/o Promotions Department, 4745 N. 7th Street, Suite 410, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
• All federal and local taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
